We established Blue Horse Bistro in September of 2001 with the desire to offer charismatic cuisine & consistently good coffee in Fish Creek. We are very proud to be a part of this community. Originally located in an intimate space at 4140 Bluff Road, we were thrilled to move into our new waterfront space on Main Street as of May 2005. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the people who have made the past nine years of business possible.
